The Manufacturing Project Manager (MPM) is responsible for leading and managing manufacturing-related projects from initiation to completion. This role focuses on ensuring that manufacturing projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The MPM coordinates with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes, manage resources, and achieve operational efficiency. Additionally, the MPM will lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production capabilities, support the company’s strategic objectives, and monitor Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) raised during the manufacturing process.
Salary: $50,000 – $80,000 per year
